In 2025, Historic St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church celebrates it’s 190th anniversary! The members of Historic St. Paul’s have been worshiping on this same site at the corner of Queen Street and Church Street, since 1835.

Midweek Advent services return to Historic St. Paul’s again in 2024! This year’s theme is WAITING. All are welcome to join us in the sanctuary on Wednesdays at 7:00p.

On behalf of the Council and leadership of Historic St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, we would like to provide an update on our important Community Cupboard program for the 2024/25 season. 

After much prayer and thoughtful consideration, we have come to the difficult decision to pause Community Cupboard for this upcoming season.

We are excited to announce that tickets for our 2014 Christmas Cantata “Tidings of Joy”, are on sale now! Our 2024 Cantata will take place on Friday, November 22nd at 7:30pm, at Centre In The Square, Kitchener. To get all the details and order your tickets head over to our Cantata page now!

UPDATE ON PARKING: Good news! We have more parking available!

Our traditional Christmas Cantata returns in 2024! Our HSP Cantata Choir will be accompanied by the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony Orchestra, and perform at the beautiful Centre In The Square.

We will begin using our Construction Parking Plan, on Sunday, July 21st.

On Sunday, April 28th at 12:30pm, Historic St. Paul’s Lutheran Church will hold its Annual General Meeting (ACM).

Welcome to February! Here is the 2024 Easter Services schedule for Historic St. Paul's Lutheran Church. All are welcome to attend our services in-person in our sanctuary, or stream online via our YouTube channel. Bible Studies and Manna Dinner continue through the Easter season, so please check out their dedicated pages on our website for more information.

Our next HSP Voters Meeting, will take place on Sunday, December 10th at 12:45p, following the K-W Foundation for Lutheran Education’s AGM at 11:45a. You can join in-person in the sanctuary, or online using the usual Zoom Meeting ID.

Historic St. Paul’s is happy to announce our traditional midweek Advent services continue this year. Midweek Advent services will be held on Wednesdays, at 6:45pm, in our sanctuary and online via our YouTube channel.

Historic St. Paul’s is excited to announce the launch of our 2023/24 Community Cupboard Season! For this season the weekly Community Cupboard will move to Mondays, from 1:30pm to 3:00pm, starting December 4th and run until March 18th, 2024. As usual, CC will have breaks on the Mondays for Christmas, New Years and Family Day.
